Changed vs Eri — needs group OK

Kept & aligned

Party → hike → Tokyo Skip Kyushu (her idea) Yakushima + Minakami No snow

One decision: Kumano, or more Tokyo?

Option A — max hiking

Keep both treks. Tokyo stays ~5 days, Yakushima stays rough. Roughest, most Dolomites-like.

Option B — full Tokyo week

Drop Kumano. Frees ~4 days: Minakami + Yakushima traverse stay, Tokyo reaches Eri's full week.

Fixed anchor: Labyrinth Oct 10–12 (Minakami Hodaigi). Oct 21 buffer is load-bearing for Yakushima weather risk. Day-by-day, budget and sources in the Google Sheet.
